At the turn of 2020-21 Remal signed a contract with Impexmetal Konin (now Granges Konin) for the installation of a band saw for cutting aluminum ingots and a new UPCO semi-automatic casting device with the corresponding equipment and installations. Remal in the field of the above works has entrusted general performance for Granges Konin. The supplier of saw components is the German company Mossner, and the technology and components of the foundry equipment spanish company Rodabell. Installation of the ingot cutting saw is already underway, soon the start-up.
The installation of the semi-permanent casting unit is scheduled to begin in March 2021.
