Steel constructions

We manufacture various types of steel constructions for the machine, crane, construction, metallurgy and foundry industries. We can perform a construction with approximate dimensions of the element (W X Height x length in MB) 3, 5×3, 8×6 + and element weights up to 8T we use process welding according to PN EN ISO-4063 131 (MIG), 135 (MAG), 141 (TIG) and Stick Electrodes 111 (MAW). We have qualified NDT staff acc. to PN-EN ISO 9712 for the control of non-destructive welded connectors VT, MT and PT and certified welding quality system in accordance with PN-EN ISO 3834-2. We guarantee high quality of the implemented projects based on the requirements of the standards: PN-EN ISO 3834-2, PN-EN ISO 1090-2, and PN-EN ISO 9001:2009.

Our constructions, at the request of the customer, can be professionally prepared in a jet cleaner, then protected with corrosion or painted with any painting system. We make constructions according to customer documentation, but we can also solve the problem yourself, complete the project with documentation. We have provided responsible steel constructions for such customers as: ALCAN, FUGO, ZAMET, Aluminium Konin Impexmetal S.A., ABB, Budimex, Energomar Nord mill Metal, Dziedzice and many others.
