Plasma cutting

Our company specializes in thermal cutting of metals. We have A specialized plasma burner with A current source of SHP HD 260 A, which is suitable for plasma cutting.
The working dimension of the table on which the thermal cut takes place is 3000×6000 mm.
The burner is also equipped with a turnbar to cut out any openings in the wall of pipes up to 6000 mm in length. The burner also has an autogenous torch, which allows cutting in the oxygen parts of black steel thickness up to 150-180mm.

The machine allows qualitative cutting according to the range of standard PN EN ISO 9013:2008 materials in the thickness range as below:

• For black steel 1-60 mm, subject to:
  • 32 mm production cutting range,
  • 36 mm maximum piercing range,
  • 60 mm maximum cutting range (from edge)
• For stainless steel 1-60 mm, subject to:
  • 22 mm production Cutting range
  • 25 mm Maximum Breakdown range
  • 60 mm maximum cutting range from edge.
• For aluminium 1, 5-50 mm subject to:
  • 20 mm production cutting range,
  • 25 mm Maximum Breakdown range
  • 50 mm maximum cutting range from edge
