This is a special moment for us – it has been 30 years since REMAL was founded.
Since 1995, we have been continuously supporting the development of Polish industry, providing solid and modern solutions for the most demanding sectors.
We would like to thank all our Clients, Partners and Employees with all our hearts – it is thanks to you that we can celebrate this anniversary today. Your trust and cooperation were the foundation of every step we have taken over these three decades.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the history of our company – learn about the path we have taken from a small plant to an experienced contractor operating throughout Poland.
Beginnings of business and registration (1995-2001)
REMAL company started its activity in 1995 in Konin as a service company, specializing in:
renovation and maintenance works for heavy industry,
maintenance and repairs of industrial machines and devices.
At the beginning of its activity, the company mainly provided services for local industrial plants, in particular for the energy and processing sectors. Its advantage was flexibility, fast order fulfillment and high quality of locksmith and welding services.
On June 1, 1995, the company was registered in the National Court Register as Remal Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, which allowed it to further develop formally and investment-wise.

Development of technical support and services (2002–2010)

During the first decade of the 21st century, Remal significantly expanded the scope of its services, investing in:
- new machines and equipment for metal processing, including lathes, milling machines, drills and welding machines,
- welding and plasma cutting systems,
- establishment of a design and technical department, which enabled the provision of services in the “design and build” mode.
During this period, the company also began to implement larger industrial contracts, both as a contractor and subcontractor, mainly in the following industries:
- energy (e.g. professional power plants),
- metallurgy,
- chemical.
A specialization in steel structures – both standard and non-standard (platforms, supports, tanks, industrial frames, etc.) was also developed at that time.
Certification, expansion and first export contracts (2010–2017)
Between 2010 and 2017, the company underwent a significant transformation:
Implementation of quality systems: Remal obtained and maintained the following certificates:
- PN-EN ISO 9001 – quality management system,
- EN 1090-2+A1 – authorization to produce steel structures in accordance with the European CE standard,
- ISO 3834-2 – quality requirements for welding metal materials.
Certification enabled the company to enter new markets and implement more demanding projects.
Foreign expansion: Remal began delivering steel structures and machine and equipment elements abroad as well – mainly to Germany, Belgium and Scandinavian countries.
Thanks to its experience and engineering background, the company could not only produce components, but also conduct comprehensive industrial assembly abroad.

Investments and transformation into a production and engineering plant (2018–2022)

During this period, the company transformed from a classic contractor into a modern production and service plant with its own machinery and design office.
The scope of services was expanded to include:
- 2D and 3D design in CAD environments,
- CNC plasma and oxygen sheet metal cutting, CNC press brake bending,
- large-size turning and milling,
- sandblasting, shot blasting, spray metallization and industrial painting.
Projects carried out:
- prefabrication and assembly of steel structures for industrial halls,
- construction of technological installations for the wood, energy and food industries,
- production of tanks, technological platforms and production line elements.
Modern technologies and development of production facilities (2022–2024)
In the years 2022–2024, Remal completed many investments:
- a new aluminum rolling line – one of the largest in Poland, which increased the plant’s processing capacity,
- a semi-continuous casting installation (UPCO 7) – modern casting technology for the production of ingots,
- a band saw installation for cutting aluminum ingots – integrated with automatic material transport,
- modernization of rotary furnaces, increasing the efficiency of thermal processes,
- purchase of the VMC-1000 P(N) CNC machining center – a modern machine for milling details and structural parts.
These investments allowed the company to produce components with greater precision and in a shorter time, as well as to offer services previously outsourced to subcontractors.
