Machining

For machining, we provide services by following:

• Gear wheels (M 1 ÷ 10; Ø 30 ÷ 800 and tilt angle up to 60 °),
• Auger (Module Max 8),
• Boring (Ø 560 mm, length 900, table 1250×1250, spacing of eyepiece 2800),
• Grinding of Rollers (Ø Max 360, length 2000),
• Grinding of holes (Ø 40 ÷ 400, L. 500),
• Drilling on radial drills (Ø 70, arm range up to 1500),
• Turning in the range: Ø 0 ÷ 800, max. Turning length 6000 (horizontal lathes) and Ø 0 ÷ 1350, max.
• Turning length 800 (rotary lathe),
• Milling, planing in the range of 1100x4000x1200,
• Sharpening of tools, including disc knives, to the slitting lines of strips,
• Sharpening of tool steel circular saws up to 1250 mm,
• Heat treatment: Through-hardening, carburating

We have the possibility of punching holes on the press GEKA Hydracop 80T. Holes can be punched in flat bars, sheets, as well as profiles (type of channel, angle) punching thickness in the range of hole dimensions is as follows:

• Round type hole from Ø 4 to Ø 37
• Bean-type hole from Ø 9×19 to Ø 21×40.
