    "REMAL" Co.Ltd in Konin, Poland manufactures and repairs industrial furnaces and similar equipment.


    1. Industrial , casting furnaces:

      -   melting, channel - type induction furnace type

Scope of repairs and modernizations includes:

1. Steel shell of furnace.

    For above-mentioned works we use the following refractory lining and thermal insulation:


1. Shaped, compact refractory lining:
    - based on SiO2 -Al203 (high content of aluminium,
       chammotte),
    - alkali (Magnesia).

2. Shaped for thermal insulation:

    - porosity thermal insulation (mullite and mullite-corundum),
    - plates and profiles.

3. Unshaped refractory products:

    - refractory concrete,
    - thermal insulation modelling mixture,
    - ramming mixture (ALPLAST-60 and IMAL-20),
    - binder mixture (refractory fillers and mixtures).

4. Material of ceramic fibres.
