    "REMAL" Co. Ltd. in Konin is carried out the majority of its works in the field of assembly and repairs of machines for:

    a) non-ferrous metallurgy,
    b) pulp & paper industry.

    For ALUMINIUM KONIN - IMPEXMETAL S.A we manufacture a new and make repairs of old pots (cathode & anode) of the aluminium smelter. In the frame of this work we use a specific technology of welding of, (welding process 111 in accordance to ISO 4063 in high electromagnetic field), shield pack Al 99,55x250mm to busbar Al 99,5 by using rectifier welding set of Finish company "KEMPI" type PRO 5000.

    On the basis of drawings made by KVARNER CLECIM France and Design Office HPH S.A. in Katowice we have made disassembly and assembly of components as well as installation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on the hot rolling mill of For ALUMINIUM KONIN - IMPEXMETAL S.A

    The key action during assembly of casting centre in Huta Aluminium "Konin" S.A. was installation of DC casting machine made by company WAGSTAFF (USA).

 Hydraulic cylinder assembly WAGSTAFF (total length L = 9,337 m; weight G =16.718 kg) in the casthouse about height (up to roof support beam) H = 11 m.

    During modernization of scalper MANNESMANN for aluminium slabs in Huta Aluminium Konin S.A. we have mounted scalper components.

        machines MP4 i MP5 (disassembly of old dewatering
        boxes and assembly of new boxes produced by
        C.H. Johnson Ltd - Great Britain.),
      - assembly of drives on the paper machine (assembly
        and start-up of 26 motors and gears),
      - assembly of two fans for generation of vacuum (supplied
        by: C.H. Johnson Ltd - Great Britain),


  • INTERCELL S.A. Ostrołęka:
      • - repairs of line for washing pulp OSS ( pumps of digesting
        liquor, conveyors with gears, stock beating disks and
        throwers of refiners, mixers in ladles, screw conveyors,
        press Thune).
